Introduction
To support you as students, our departments have set out a range of activities that can be completed over the summer holidays in preparation for September. This will allow you to make the transition from GCSE onto the A Level or Level 3 programmes of study you wish to consider taking more successfully.
What should you do?
You should review the course guides from the A Level or Level 3 subjects you wish to be studying and engage with the activities outlined across this long summer break. Successful completion of these opportunties will demonstrate your independence, initiative and allow you to gain a wider understanding of the A Level or Level 3 subjects you may be studying. Whilst this is optional work, it will provide an important jumping off point for you in September and staff will be keen to engage with you on it. Good luck and we hope you enjoy it.
